This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the user base for Dynamics 365, including user setup, access modifications, role assignments, and business unit configurations for all users.
• Provide support and maintain Dynamics 365 operations during CST time zone, ensuring prompt responses to production issues, business requests, and operational support requirements.
• Execute application configuration changes based on approved business requirements and prioritization, which includes cloud flows, JavaScript updates, table and column modifications, business rules, and other low-code platform updates.
• Conduct production pushes using Azure DevOps pipelines from sandbox to production, while also supporting deployment validation and post-deployment checks.
• Keep sandbox environments updated to mirror production configurations and ensure they are ready for testing, validation, and release activities.
• Assist with incident resolution and enhancement requests by documenting issues, validating system behavior, coordinating with technical teams, and implementing or aiding in approved fixes.
• Generate reports on Dynamics data as required, covering common reporting areas such as users, contracts, leads, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to comprehend current processes, evaluate impacts, and implement practical system modifications that align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration documents, training materials, and quick reference guides as necessary.
• Facilitate and support testing activities for changes made to the platform, including unit testing, validation, and business acceptance support.
• Stay informed about Dynamics 365 platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve process efficiency, reporting, supportability, and overall platform maturity.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting business applications such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in application configuration, security administration, reporting, and business process support within a low-code or CRM platform.
• Capability to collaborate with business users to comprehend current and future process requirements and translate them into effective system modifications.
• Ability to work alongside development and technical resources to understand system design, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 administration and configuration.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, reporting tools, and Azure DevOps is desirable.
