Systems Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in upgrading and implementing new applications, as well as fulfilling enhancement requests; collaborating with business users as necessary.

• Assist in resolving incidents reported by customers.

• Configure applications in accordance with business requirements.

• Participate in documentation processes.

• Facilitate and support unit and business acceptance testing.

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

• The incumbent is responsible for maintaining professional working behaviors, which include building and sustaining constructive working relationships, executing proactive and clear communication, acting as a resource for colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem-solving, all while demonstrating CSG's core competencies and values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree with a focus in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience.

• Over 1 year of experience in ERP System/Application Support.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with a solid business acumen.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Flexible, adaptable, and a motivated self-starter.

• Proficient in using a personal computer.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capable of reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language in a business context at varying levels.

• Ability to collaborate with clients to comprehend current processes and define future processes based on business objectives.

• Ability to work alongside development and technical resources to grasp the current system's technical design and functionality.

• Developing understanding of accounting and finance terminology and practices.

• Basic reading/writing SQL skills.

• Developing troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience in supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (AP, GL, FA, AR, PA, PO, iProcurement, iExpense, etc.), release 12.

• Growing knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
