Systems Analyst – Digital Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows.

• Identify system requirements and convert them into comprehensive specifications.

• Design and implement solutions aimed at enhancing system efficiency and user experience.

• Provide support for Epic, Workday, Kronos, and various healthcare applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and patches.

• Integrate healthcare applications throughout the IT portfolio, including Epic, third-party imaging apps, and AI systems.

• Actively participate in smaller system implementation and upgrade projects under the guidance of the Senior Systems Analyst.

• Contribute to system configuration and the documentation of processes.

• Offer guidance on best practices.

• Facilitate integration among healthcare applications.

• Manage data integrity and security across various systems.

• Conduct data analysis and produce reports.

• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, Senior Systems Analysts, engineers, end users, IT teams, clinical teams, vendors, and operational leadership.

• Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Support safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Administration is preferred.

• Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Experience with Epic, Workday, and Kronos applications is essential.

• Demonstrated success working on complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in system integration and data migration projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Ability to communicate effectively with managed service providers, vendors, and operational leadership.

• ITIL Foundation certification is desired but not mandatory.

• Relevant technology certifications such as Epic, Workday, or Microsoft are advantageous.

• Experience in a large healthcare system or hospital environment is preferred.

• Experience with other healthcare applications and systems is valuable.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is important.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure is beneficial.

• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools is a plus.

• Candidates must be eligible to work remotely only from Ohio.
