This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Define objectives, value, and impact to prioritize configurations effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide timely status updates throughout the lifecycle of requests.
• Acquire application knowledge and offer system-specific scenarios along with execution details.
• Implement system configuration changes and document build-outs using SaaS-based tools.
• Create and execute reporting solutions that aid in operational and business performance analysis.
• Analyze data to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the triage, reproduction, reporting, and resolution of issues in collaboration with internal teams or vendors.
• Ensure data integrity by validating inconsistencies or gaps and coordinating their resolution.
• Serve as a liaison between technical vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and the implementation of technical solutions.
• Engage in QA and UAT testing during release cycles.
• Assist with change management by documenting changes, assessing their impact, and coordinating deployments across environments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and change governance standards.
• Verify the quality and functionality of system updates and new features.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in an analytics or systems support role with enterprise applications, including internships or equivalent experience.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare preferred; developing a strong understanding of value-based care data and systems.
• Capability to support system configuration and reporting tasks with guidance.
• Certifications or proven coursework in population health-based applications, Salesforce/CRM/ERP solutions, SQL, and report building/analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in translating business objectives into application use to grasp utilization impact.
• Ability to utilize SQL, Excel, and other data management platforms for analysis, presentation, and providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Availability during core business hours, 9 AM–5 PM ET.
• Must be eligible to work within the US; sponsorship question will inquire if sponsorship is needed.
