Financial Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver financial systems management and technical assistance to the Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Resources and Force Analysis (RFA)

• Facilitate daily financial management activities

• Diagnose and resolve financial system challenges

• Aid commands in managing financial resources

• Offer analytical support and technical writing assistance

• Effectively manage designated tasks independently

• Engage in clear communication with Government stakeholders

• Create precise, professional written materials with minimal oversight

• Rapidly assimilate organizational procedures and financial systems

• Address customer concerns and support mission objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in financial management, financial systems, business operations, DoD programs, or a similar field

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems, or a related area

• Proven experience in analyzing financial data, investigating discrepancies, and developing effective solutions to financial or systems-related challenges

• Background in preparing financial reports, analyses, correspondence, or other formal written materials

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail

• Capacity to independently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders

• Active Secret clearance is mandatory
