This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support for ongoing and ad hoc reporting to assist revenue leaders and sales representatives in understanding performance and identifying opportunities.
• Aid in the design and enhancement of workflows utilizing Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, and other tools.
• Help develop onboarding and sales enablement programs and materials.
• Monitor enablement effectiveness metrics to scale successful initiatives.
• Discover methods to enhance data integrity and improve accessibility for growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to troubleshoot systems issues, share insights, and optimize processes.
• Oversee the health and performance of Go-To-Market tools including Salesloft, Gong, Default, Dialpad, Vitally, and DocSend.
• Resolve issues and provide user support across the revenue technology stack.
• Contribute to strategic projects from initiation through execution.
• Document milestones and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with the implementation of Cherry's payment functionality on partner websites such as WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix.
• Develop systems, automation, and AI-enhanced tooling capabilities as a pathway toward Go-To-Market Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in business systems, sales/revenue operations, consulting, finance, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with required Excel skills; experience with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other Go-To-Market tools, including Gong, Salesloft, Zapier, Vitally, and DocSend.
• Comfortable in creating and supporting Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and clearly explain systems or processes.
• Highly organized with strong project management instincts; capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM, business, or quantitative field with a preference for high academic performance.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
