Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Enhance technology platforms and processes that support business operations.

• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to ascertain technology needs and address system challenges.

• Provide support for property management software, including Yardi.

• Convert operational requirements into effective solutions.

• Offer daily application support for business software.

• Evaluate business and system requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and coordinate enhancements.

• Manage or supervise technology and project initiatives.

• Analyze trends in break/fix issues to enhance efficiency.

• Develop scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards to assess employee and system performance.

• Recommend training based on observed trends.

• Document all processes utilized.

• Facilitate the prioritization of initiatives.

• Communicate with Yardi users and conduct time-sensitive remote repairs/fixes.

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned by IT Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Development, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in IT support, business administration, or similar roles.

• At least 2 years of experience with Yardi is mandatory.

• CompTIA A+ certification is preferred but not essential.

• Capability to work from home with minimal external distractions.
