This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide fundamental system support and user administration to the Retail Operations/Sales Division.
• Assist in the configuration of Production Operations/Retail Sales systems, which include Loan Origination Software and vendor applications.
• Set up workflow and reporting settings on Loan Origination Systems and Sales systems.
• Address Operations/Sales escalation desk tickets, adhere to SLAs, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Test identified defects and offer feedback to senior analysts for documentation and resolution of defects.
• Resolve basic user interface problems.
• Facilitate communication regarding system outages and bugs.
• Help in creating training materials.
• Conduct quality control checks on operational details.
• Gather user suggestions and communicate validated recommendations to senior analysts.
• Engage in user acceptance testing and Post-Production Validation when required.
• Assist in process enhancements through Automation and Lean methodologies.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• An Associate's degree related to the position or an equivalent qualification, preferably in computer science, business, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC awareness.
• Familiarity with system requirements documentation, software testing protocols, user scenarios, and bug reporting/validation.
• Knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with project tracking and management tools such as JIRA, Workfront, or ClickUp is preferred.
• Background in usability and/or training related to human-computer interactions and workflow best practices is preferred.
• Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with teams located in different geographical areas.
• Basic understanding of the mortgage industry.
• Familiarity with software testing and bug reporting processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to thrive in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications.
• Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions regarding workflow.
• Capacity to cope with workplace stressors, customer service issues, security responsibilities, and competing priorities.
• Commitment to adhering to and swiftly applying established process protocols.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday during the business week.
• Primarily sedentary work, requiring frequent use of a computer keyboard and mouse.
