Systems Administrator – Unix/Linux, SAP Infrastructure, Azure Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and manage UNIX and Linux operating systems, including AIX, SUSE, Oracle Linux, and Red Hat.

• Oversee and maintain IBM Power systems.

• Implement and manage storage solutions, such as Hitachi, Pure, IBM, and Dell, along with SAN networks using Cisco and Brocade.

• Set up and manage high-availability clusters (HACMP and Pacemaker) within SAP environments.

• Implement and manage virtualized environments utilizing VMware.

• Manage and deploy resources in Microsoft Azure through Terraform, which includes:

• Virtual machines

• Load balancers

• Storage accounts

• Disks

• Have a solid understanding of infrastructure necessary for SAP applications.

• Operate within an agile framework employing DevOps practices, adhering to the code and deployment standards established by the architecture.

• Conduct analysis and resolve complex incidents and issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, capable of conducting technical calls and interpreting complex documentation.

• Significant experience with Unix/Linux systems.

• Familiarity with the infrastructure for SAP applications.

• Proficient in Terraform (infrastructure as code).

• Knowledge of LDAP.

• Experience with virtualized environments and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a DevOps culture.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
