Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain software integrations and workflows.

• Build and optimize automations for CRM, marketing, and operations.

• Lead integrations across various platforms, including GoHighLevel, ActionStep, Microsoft Power Automate, and other Microsoft services.

• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams.

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing systems.

• Document workflows and technical processes.

• Provide support for client-facing implementations as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Developer, Systems Integrator, or Automation Specialist.

• Strong knowledge of APIs and workflow automation.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActionStep, and Microsoft platforms.

• Experience with Zapier or similar software to create effective software connections and automations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote working environment.

• Residency on the East Coast is required.
