Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Systems Administrators deliver essential technical support directly to end users.

• Actively engage with clients to understand their issues and concerns, enabling effective solutions.

• Facilitate escalation processes both within and outside the team to uphold the highest standards of client service and experience.

• Function as a technical escalation resource, offering mentorship and guidance to team members.

• Oversee ticket management and allocate resources as required.

• Conduct intricate repairs on software and peripheral equipment configurations.

• Establish user accounts and configure email services.

• Address user inquiries and provide training on the effective use of hardware and software.

• Ensure meticulous time tracking and documentation of the steps taken to resolve issues.

• Participate in an on-call rotation (quarterly).

• A Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of four years of relevant experience.

• Capability to train and mentor peers.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Natural aptitude for multitasking and maintaining organization.

• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage in various scenarios including customer service, orientations, training, and networking.

• Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting is essential.

• Successful completion of a criminal background check, with additional background checks as required.
