This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming phone and chat support inquiries.
• Deliver support and maintenance for servers, network devices, and related hardware and software systems for clients.
• Function as the primary escalation point for Support Technicians.
• Provide on-site assistance for Managed Services clients.
• Act as a secondary Client Relationship Manager; assess system performance and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Offer intermediate technical support and guidance to end-users, aiding in the resolution of technical issues.
• Record system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• An associate degree in computer science or a related field -OR- two years of preferred IT experience.
• Network+ Certification or Azure Administrator Associate AZ-104 or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong skills in infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• A valid driver's license.
