This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Act as the CG Group Administrator with complete editing privileges for templates, custom forms, layout templates, and system configurations.
• Oversee access levels (Contributor, Standard, etc.), layout templates (e.g., CG I Contributor), and scheduling.
• Set up and manage groups (CG I Business Partners, product line teams), home teams, and organizational settings within the Enterprise Workfront platform.
• Administer job roles, billing rates, and cost rates to facilitate resource planning and financial oversight.
• Design, construct, and sustain Workfront Fusion scenarios to streamline repetitive tasks and minimize manual workload.
• Create automations for standard workflows, such as: Automated project generation from approved intake requests, Multi-project creation for regional variations (e.g., NA, EU, APAC) from a single intake request, Automated task closure upon proof approval, Scheduled polling scenarios (e.g., detecting stale issues), Automated alerts and update postings to stakeholders.
• Proactively assess existing CG workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop process flow diagrams, UMLs, and documentation to illustrate workflows and aid solution design.
• Promote standardization across naming conventions, project creation methods, and template application to enhance consistency and accuracy.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe Workfront at the system or group admin level.
• Proficiency in Workfront planning, including intake, resource allocation, and request queue management, ensuring all tickets and workflows are managed within Adobe Workfront.
• At least 1 year of practical experience in building and maintaining Workfront Fusion scenarios.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, especially within creative and marketing operations.
• Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop automation solutions.
• Experience in managing request queues, custom forms, templates, and approval workflows.
• Skilled in configuring access levels, layout templates, groups, and teams.
• Familiarity with timesheet administration and features related to resource management.
• Strong focus on process improvement — adept at defining problems, crafting solutions, and measuring results.
• Excellent command of English at least B2+, along with strong documentation and training abilities.
