This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Examination of the release documentation for forthcoming ORBIS versions.

• Verification of new features and bug fixes in ORBIS according to the documentation.

• Development of the update guide and supplementary documentation for ORBIS enhancements.

• Collaborative efforts across departments with development, support, and service teams.

• Liaison with customers regarding the delivered documentation when necessary.

• Vocational training or degree in the medical or IT sector, along with a strong interest in the other area.

• Ideally, several years of experience with ORBIS.

• Experience in patient administration and billing, or alternatively in the operating room (OR) or intensive care settings.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken, with an emphasis on precision.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

• Familiarity with HTML is a plus.

• Quick learner with strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work independently and meticulously.

• Results-driven work ethic and punctuality.

• High resilience in stressful situations.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
