This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for the creation and management of user accounts, roles, tasks, and objects, ensuring that the appropriate permissions are implemented while upholding system security and data integrity.
• Offers daily support to all users, addressing issues and assisting in problem resolution by collaborating with system partners.
• Assists the Director with various projects, including implementations, upgrades, configurations, and testing, while providing support for systems in a production environment.
• Conducts user training and participates in the development of training materials.
• Actively engages in learning new systems and keeps current with all emerging technologies.
• Operates efficiently and responds promptly to requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in System Administration with at least three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in managing confidential and sensitive information.
• Familiarity with any of the following: MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI or other analytical tools, Office 365, Power APP/Flows, Smartsheet.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
