β’ Responsible for the creation and management of user accounts, roles, tasks, and objects, ensuring that the appropriate permissions are implemented while upholding system security and data integrity.
β’ Offers daily support to all users, addressing issues and assisting in problem resolution by collaborating with system partners.
β’ Assists the Director with various projects, including implementations, upgrades, configurations, and testing, while providing support for systems in a production environment.
β’ Conducts user training and participates in the development of training materials.
β’ Actively engages in learning new systems and keeps current with all emerging technologies.
β’ Operates efficiently and responds promptly to requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in System Administration with at least three (3) years of relevant experience.
β’ Proficient in managing confidential and sensitive information.
β’ Familiarity with any of the following: MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI or other analytical tools, Office 365, Power APP/Flows, Smartsheet.
β’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
