This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Create comprehensive diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans for our operational systems and processes.

• Adhere to the company's architectural standards and industry best practices when designing operational frameworks and systems.

• Demonstrate the capability to automate the building and delivery of software artifacts.

• Possess the ability to write Infrastructure as Code to support our operational environment.

• Develop monitoring, alerting, and on-call solutions to ensure prompt responsiveness to customer issues.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including support and customer success areas.

• Provide regular and meaningful updates on progress and performance to senior management and the Executive Leadership Team.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in DevOps/Cloud Operations, ideally within SaaS or technology-oriented organizations.

• Proficiency in writing Infrastructure as Code utilizing tools like Terraform, CloudFormation Templates, CDK, etc.

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres, etc.

• Familiarity with alternative data stores like OpenSearch, Redshift, etc., is a significant advantage.

• Strong comprehension of web development frameworks and architectures.

• A solid understanding of containerization; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services; experience with Amazon GovCloud is a bonus.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for effective collaboration across teams.
