System Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Schedule and execute system installations, additional components, and site surveys in accordance with customer requirements and technical specifications.

• Ensure all systems comply with Mindray’s performance and quality benchmarks through thorough testing.

• Provide high-level on-site assistance for complex or escalated service problems that exceed the capabilities of local service representatives.

• Offer after-hours phone support to help customers, service representatives, and clinical staff with technical challenges—providing prompt solutions to reduce downtime.

• Coordinate and implement system updates and upgrades as necessary.

• Keep detailed and precise records of all service and installation activities in line with Mindray’s Quality System and Administrative procedures.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education—to ensure project milestones are achieved and customer requirements are fulfilled.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree (minimum) or equivalent in electronics, instrumentation, or computer technology; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with telemetry or RF systems (at least one year preferred).

• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and IT networking principles.

• Strong technical expertise in system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of monitoring systems.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

• Customer-oriented, independent, and solutions-driven with a positive mindset.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
