System Engineer, VoIP, TK-Anlagen

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Integration of Ascom solutions into the IT system landscape of clients.

• Consulting and support for clients regarding IT security, mobile communication, workflow and alarm management solutions, as well as process optimization applications.

• Implementation of customer projects in telecommunications and network infrastructure, personal security, server installations, and software applications.

• Design, planning, and support during the commissioning and operation of Ascom platforms and solutions in IT, server, and network infrastructures.

• Support and consulting for the integration of process systems and applications.

• Integration of applications to enhance alarm management.

• Customized configuration of IT systems and software solutions.

• Close collaboration with sales, solution design, workflow consultants, project managers, and other departments for the end-to-end implementation of complex projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in the field of IT/computer science (IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist, technician) or equivalent.

• Relevant professional experience in the IT or telecommunications sector.

• Strong knowledge in the area of communication systems, communication devices, and smart devices.

• Solid IT knowledge.

• Experience with Windows hardware, software, and application installations.

• Proficient use of network and VoIP applications.

• Knowledge of communication applications is desirable.

• Experience with ICT systems from well-known manufacturers such as Avaya, Siemens, Alcatel, Innovaphone, Mitel, or Detewe is an advantage.

• Familiarity with alarm server applications as well as light call and fire alarm systems is a plus.

• Proficient communication in German and English with global functions and clients.

• Valid driver's license.
