This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Qualification and processing of incidents and service requests in 2nd and 3rd level support.

• Operation, administration, and further development of Microsoft-based customer environments.

• Analysis and resolution of complex issues in the Microsoft environment.

• Planning, implementation, and documentation of changes and technical projects.

• Collection, analysis, and assessment of technical customer requirements.

• Maintenance and proactive care of the managed systems and cloud services.

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base entries.

• Experience in one or more areas: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Azure local.

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange local or hybrid.

• Completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of practical experience in the operation and administration of Microsoft infrastructures.
