System Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Translating client documentation into Relatics: importing and structuring documents, requirements, and questions and answers from the client within the Relatics environment to ensure they are usable for the project.

• Setting up and managing the Relatics database: ensuring that the Relatics system is properly configured, functions well, and remains up to date throughout the project. You will make project-specific additions to this database where necessary.

• Monitoring project information and progress: actively maintaining control over the necessary information, coordinating with project members, and ensuring that all input for verification is timely and complete to deliver reliable reports to the client.

• Conducting analyses and identifying impact: performing analyses on requirements, documents, and tender responses, and assessing the impact of these on the project and the deliverables.

• Delivering verification reports to the client: once all information is complete, generating clear verification reports with accompanying documents to demonstrate compliance with client and project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed HBO education, preferably in the field of business administration;

• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role;

• Knowledge of / experience with ISO15288;

• Work experience with project management systems (experience with Relatics is a significant advantage);

• Proficient command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
