System / Business Analyst – PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Procurement, Financial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide support to the IT Cyber Security Division and various business units by overseeing procurement processes.

• Track contract renewals and monitor expenditures effectively.

• Assist with the onboarding of consultants and deliver financial and operational analysis.

• Generate and manage requisitions using PeopleSoft Procurement modules.

• Oversee active software licensing and service agreements.

• Collaborate with IT leadership, project teams, procurement staff, and vendors.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of contract records and adherence to organizational procurement policies.

• Facilitate vendor engagement activities utilizing ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management.

• Compare planned expenditures against actual spending across technology and cybersecurity projects.

• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and financial reconciliation tasks.

• Evaluate spending patterns and pinpoint budget discrepancies.

• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports regarding procurement activities and departmental budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.

• 1–3+ years of experience in procurement support, financial analysis, budgeting, contract management, or business operations.

• Familiarity with: PeopleSoft Procurement and Financial Modules.

• ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management.

• Beeline Vendor Management System.

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, licensing, and technology asset management.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently and independently.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
