This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Create and uphold scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions, with an emphasis on ITSM modules.
• Engage in development utilizing Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Configure essential ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Enhance Service Catalog items and workflows to boost usability and user adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and elevate user experience.
• Assist in incident triage, root cause analysis, and ensure platform stability.
• Uphold development standards and align with governance requirements.
• Facilitate integrations (e.g., SAP).
• Take part in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
• Diagnose platform issues and deliver effective resolutions.
• Over 7 years of ServiceNow expertise, specifically in ITSM Modules.
• ACTIVE Secret Clearance required.
• Proven development experience with ITSM modules and scripting capabilities.
• Background in supporting production environments.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL principles.
• Experience in complex environments and Agile methodologies.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
