This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Direct the design, development, and advancement of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive ServiceNow architecture encompassing Now Assist capabilities in relation to Platform, ITSM, and HRSD.
• Create scalable, upgrade-safe solutions that adhere to ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
• Guide technical design evaluations and oversee architecture governance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with large language models and external AI services.
• Define and manage AI skill configurations and virtual agent workflows.
• Ensure data security, role-based access, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor the performance of AI features and optimize agentic workflows.
• Design Agentic AI workflows to facilitate autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects.
• Over 8 years of comprehensive IT experience.
• More than 6 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
