This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Create, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions to meet federal program and portfolio management needs.

• Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and integrations.

• Work together with ServiceNow Architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, standards-compliant SPM solutions.

• Assist in strategic reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive workspaces for portfolio visibility and informed decision-making.

• Engage in Agile and SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, demonstrations, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards, platform governance, and industry best practices.

• Aid in platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization efforts.

• Diagnose and resolve platform defects, integration challenges, and production support requests.

• Ensure that configurations and customizations comply with federal security, compliance, and accessibility standards.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, facilitate knowledge transfer, and promote cross-team collaboration.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• A minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience.

• At least 3 years of direct ServiceNow development experience.

• Proficient JavaScript development skills.

• Experience in developing and configuring within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, forms, and scripting.

• At least one active ServiceNow certification (CSA preferred; CAD or additional certifications are advantageous).
