Senior Tech Lead – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Offer technical supervision and support across all facets of the RTX ServiceNow platform.

• Ensure that solutions are developed following best practices while complying with RTX Governance, compliance, and organizational standards.

• Act as the U.S.-based Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead, providing resolutions and guidance on complex technical challenges.

• Offer advice aligned with best practices and standards regarding integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

• Work collaboratively with ServiceNow Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Architects to review requirements and deliver design recommendations.

• Support upgrades, patches, and health checks to guarantee the overall sustainability of the ServiceNow platform.

• Remain informed about ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

• Proactively suggest enhancements and other improvements to foster continuous development of the ServiceNow platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 10 years of substantial hands-on experience in the design, development, and delivery of the ServiceNow solution within a global context.

• Profound technical expertise in ServiceNow, including custom application development and scripting experience across various platform areas such as ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, Accounts Payable, integrations, and portal.

• Strong capability to effectively collaborate with all organizational levels.

• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, support code peer reviews, and advocate best practices robustly.

• Advanced proficiency in scripting languages utilized within ServiceNow, including JavaScript, GlideScript, and Angular.

• Extensive experience with REST/SOAP integrations and scripted REST APIs.

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
