System / Business Analyst – PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Procurement, Financial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist the IT Cyber Security Division along with other business units by overseeing procurement processes.

• Keep track of contract renewals, monitor expenses, and facilitate consultant onboarding procedures.

• Conduct financial and operational analyses while ensuring data integrity.

• Generate and manage requisitions using the PeopleSoft Procurement modules.

• Oversee active software licenses and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

• Support management in financial analysis, contract evaluations, and procurement strategy initiatives.

• Produce reports concerning procurement activities and departmental budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a similar field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• 1–3+ years of experience in procurement support, financial analysis, budgeting, contract management, or business operations.

• Familiarity with:

• PeopleSoft Procurement and Financial Modules

• ServiceNow Asset and Contract Management

• Beeline Vendor Management System

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, licensing, and technology asset management.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage high-volume workloads accurately and autonomously.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
