System Analyst, Accounting, Core Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Gather, evaluate, and formalize requirements for financial services and systems.

• Create logic for accounting procedures - GL, postings, fees, and products.

• Analyze existing solutions to identify gaps and implement fixes.

• Develop technical specifications and task definitions for development teams.

• Collaborate with finance, product, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions.

• Oversee implementation: engage in testing and acceptance processes.

• Manage tasks from initiation through to production release.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst.

• Familiarity with financial systems or financial processes.

• Knowledge of accounting principles; GL experience is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in system analysis and decomposition techniques.

• Skills in reverse engineering.

• Proven experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• English proficiency at B2 level — you will be interacting with international stakeholders.
