Ssr. Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Prepare and document routine journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring the inclusion of appropriate supporting documents.

• Assist in the monthly closing process, adhering to all reporting deadlines.

• Conduct monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive accounting records in line with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.

• Generate standard financial reports along with supporting schedules.

• Enhance internal controls by guaranteeing the completeness and accuracy of transactions.

• Aid during external audits by compiling requested documentation.

• Contribute to improvements in systems and processes, including ERP-related initiatives as necessary.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth closing process.

• Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or auditing roles.

• Fundamental understanding of accounting processes and month-end closing procedures.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions when necessary.

• Proficient in English.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of adhering to established processes.

• Ability to manage routine tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• A team player with a collaborative attitude.

• Experience in accounting and reporting for multi-currency entities.

• Proficient in utilizing generative AI to enhance output quality and efficiency.
