This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the precise processing of contracts, invoices, and financial information.

• Ensure our systems remain consistently updated.

• Support our team with daily finance and accounting activities.

• Examine and verify contracts, address discrepancies, and guarantee proper configuration in the CRM.

• Generate order confirmations and invoices, including conducting final quality checks prior to dispatch.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success regarding active contracts (e.g., renewals, terminations).

• Address customer inquiries concerning contracts and billing matters.

• Execute operational duties and maintain data consistency across systems (e.g., billing intervals).

• Oversee DSO management: monitor receivables, follow up on past due invoices, and promote a healthy cash flow.
