This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and delivery team to define features and prepare them for development readiness.
• Work alongside the Product Owner to comprehend product goals and assist in shaping and refining epics.
• Suggest clear acceptance criteria and functional specifications that eliminate ambiguity and guide both development and testing processes.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to advance features towards a 'ready' state for sprint planning.
• Examine features comprehensively to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Recommend practical modifications to scope or approach to effectively meet requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and developers during the refinement phase to verify feasibility and technical validity.
• Aid in estimation by organizing requirements, mapping dependencies, and clarifying scope.
• Maintain high-quality internal documentation, including flows, assumptions, business rules, definitions, and scope boundaries.
• Assist the Product Owner in shaping the roadmap and participating in prioritization discussions.
• Operate within the agile framework to ensure the backlog remains healthy and the team stays aligned.
• Over 5 years of commercial experience in system/business analysis within technology-driven product teams.
• Demonstrated success in defining feature requirements and creating clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Significant experience in backlog refinement, story definition, and advancing features to 'definition of ready'.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify requirement gaps and drive practical enhancements.
• Strong technical knowledge of systems, APIs/integrations, and foundational architecture principles.
• Practical experience with agile frameworks and backlog management methodologies.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+), with an emphasis on clarity and structure.
• A strong sense of ownership and a collaborative approach within cross-functional internal teams.
