System Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.

• Play an essential role in advancing and modernizing the IAM ecosystem while enhancing resiliency, automation, monitoring, and user experience.

• Integrate robust architectural and engineering skills with operational support experience, encompassing production support, troubleshooting, and on-call duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of practical experience in IAM engineering and support.

• Advanced proficiency with: PingFederate, PingOne SSO, PingOne MFA, DaVinci.

• Strong background in: Microsoft 365 SSO integrations, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity environments.

• In-depth knowledge of legacy Java/J2EE-based PingFederate custom adapters and components.

• Experience in developing and supporting: Custom PCVs, data stores, and complex federation integrations.

• Excellent troubleshooting and production support skills.

• Proficient in scripting and automation using: Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.

• Familiarity with cloud-native and DevOps technologies such as: GKE, Terraform, Helm Charts, Git, Jenkins, and containerization technologies.

• Experience in supporting enterprise MFA rollouts and SSO enablement projects.

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
