This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute the delivery of implementation, ongoing managed services, customer training, and additional billable professional offerings within the scope of Admin Pro services.
• Collaborate with customers to configure MeridianLink products while providing consultative support on system setup and process design.
• Keep abreast of MeridianLink licensed software and educate clients on best practices and effective utilization of the system.
• Set up and manage MeridianLink software for both new and existing customers, including continuous Admin Pro managed services.
• Perform system assessments to pinpoint optimization and efficiency opportunities, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Facilitate advisory sessions and customer interviews to evaluate workflows, document challenges, and offer recommendations.
• Elicit, document, and validate requirements for business processes, core mapping, third-party integration, and APIs.
• Oversee Admin Pro customer relationships, dashboards, proactive communications, and routine customer meetings.
• Convert customer requirements into system updates while adhering to service-level agreements and delivery standards.
• Organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous initiatives to enhance productivity, resource usage, and timely deliveries.
• Generate client deliverables utilizing department-created tools and standards, and present findings and recommendations.
• Identify risks and issues, assist in their resolution, and relay product feedback along with opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process enhancement, and service innovation.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, manage expectations, and provide proactive client service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in loan origination or account origination systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and tools.
• Ability to determine suitable courses of action within set guidelines and adjust processes as necessary.
• Capacity to exercise judgment within established procedures to address moderately complex issues.
• Ability to build and sustain productive working relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset.
• Effective presentation skills, including comfort with remote audience engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Must address work authorization for the United States and the potential for H-1B sponsorship during the application process.
