This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the Indiana LCAR Project and daily clinical operations.
• Oversee email communications.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
• Organize and schedule assessments.
• Conduct precise data entry.
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies in provider documents.
• Review entered information to confirm data accuracy.
• Supervise the quality of scanned documents and images.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures for document indexing and imaging.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of pertinent information.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
• 0–2 years of applicable experience is necessary.
• Proficient in using computers and capable of navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
• Excellent documentation and data entry skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting and manage evolving priorities and business needs.
• Dependable high-speed internet service is essential.
• Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps, or 50 Mbps for shared internet connections.
• Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps.
• A private and secure workspace is required.
• Preferred: experience in hospital, health systems, clinical, or healthcare administrative settings.
• Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Bookings or similar scheduling tools.
• Preferred: understanding of healthcare practices, waiver programs, levels of care, patient assessments, and care coordination.
• Preferred: experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating workflows, and managing competing priorities.
