340B Implementation Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee various implementation projects from initial customer engagement through to planning, execution, and launch.

• Manage project phases, stakeholder relationships, client interactions, and key success factors for implementation.

• Evaluate customer data and handle extract setups, wholesaler integration, and software configurations.

• Educate clients on software functionalities and transition ongoing projects to account management.

• Act as the primary contact for the Verity program and serve as the subject matter expert.

• Collaborate with sales, product management, product development, accounting, account management, pharmacy, and TPA partners.

• Adhere to and enhance project and procedural workflows.

• Develop and maintain internal and client-facing documentation.

• Utilize departmental documentation and project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA or BS degree in business, healthcare, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in customer-facing technology implementation and project management; SaaS experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with 340B and/or pharmacy operations is a plus.

• Proven project management experience; PMP certification is desirable.

• Experience in onboarding remote clients to cloud-based software is a significant advantage.

• Capability to analyze data issues and resolve customer data or database schema problems.

• Proficient in MS Office, with expert-level skills in Excel required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to multitask and manage several implementation projects at once.

• Customer-centered troubleshooting methodology.

• Reliable home internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed if working remotely.
