Point of Sale (POS) Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage the DRB SiteWatch, Patheon, and ICS POS systems across all locations.

• Oversee the complete POS configuration process, including items, pricing, packages, memberships, promotions, discounts, and site settings.

• Conduct testing and validation of POS changes prior to their launch.

• Offer advanced Level 3 troubleshooting and technical support for POS terminals, kiosks, payment systems, hardware, software, and connectivity challenges.

• Act as the main point of contact with POS vendors and DRB Support for any escalated system issues.

• Ensure the integrity of data, maintain configuration records, testing documentation, and audit trails across all locations.

• Provide training to site leaders and team members on POS functionalities, system updates, and new procedures.

• Develop and manage SOPs, training materials, and quick-reference guides.

• Track POS performance and generate reports related to sales, memberships, transactions, pricing, renewals, and discounts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint process enhancements, system efficiencies, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administering or supporting a car wash POS system.

• Experience with DRB SiteWatch is mandatory.

• Preferred: 3+ years of IT or technical support experience.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

• Strong understanding of POS systems, including hardware, software, networking, and connectivity.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to independently identify and resolve technical issues.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and support requests in a multi-location organization.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and related business software.

• Experience in the car wash, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with membership or subscription-based business models is preferred.

• Experience in supporting POS hardware, including payment terminals, kiosks, and gate systems is preferred.

• Basic understanding of networking and connectivity as it pertains to POS systems is preferred.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
