Swedish Language Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct structured and engaging Swedish language lessons online using Zoom.

• Adapt teaching methods according to students’ age, skill level, and pace of learning.

• Create an immersive learning atmosphere by promoting active student involvement and participation.

• Develop lesson plans, practice resources, and assessments to monitor student advancement.

• Promote cultural awareness by incorporating Swedish culture, traditions, and expressions into the curriculum.

• Offer constructive feedback and assistance to facilitate effective learner improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Languages, Education, or a related field.

• Certification in Swedish language instruction (such as SWEDEX, TISUS, or any equivalent – preferred but not essential).

• Proficiency in Swedish at a B2 level or higher.

• At least 2+ years of previous teaching experience, particularly in online settings.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching.

• Ability to simplify intricate grammar and vocabulary for students.

• Familiarity with language learning tools, games, and digital platforms.

• A reliable internet connection and a professional online teaching environment.

• Proficiency in conducting lessons via Zoom.

• Capability to utilize visual aids and tools for interactive instruction.
