This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and surpass global revenue objectives for Services Procurement Advisory, fostering growth within enterprise accounts and key markets.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies aimed at procurement transformation, advisory-driven MSP/SOW expansion, and consulting-oriented solution selling.
• Establish and nurture C-level client relationships (CPO, CFO, CHRO, CIO), achieving trusted advisor status and influencing large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Recognize cross-sell opportunities across MSP, SOW, consulting, and digital solutions—connecting advisory insights to enduring managed services engagements.
• Spearhead the origination and closure of large, complex deals, including sourcing transformation, procurement outsourcing, and workforce-services integration programs.
• Articulate the global vision, strategy, and operational model for Services Procurement Advisory, in line with enterprise growth objectives.
• Assemble and guide a high-performing, global advisory team comprised of procurement subject matter experts, consultants, and industry specialists.
• Ensure excellence in delivery throughout engagements, covering governance, KPIs, value realization tracking, and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated success in consulting sales within global procurement advisory, services procurement, or supply chain consulting in top-tier consulting or enterprise advisory settings.
• Profound knowledge of services procurement (SOW, MSP, indirect spend), strategic sourcing, supplier management, as well as procurement operating models and P2P transformation.
• Strong commercial insight with experience in managing P&L.
• Capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at the C-suite level.
• Proficiency in workforce analytics, talent strategy, and EVP development.
• Leadership experience in building and scaling consulting teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain (CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent) are desirable.
