This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Circana's worldwide commercial operating framework, fostering revenue growth and enhancing seller productivity.
• Supervise Revenue Operations, Order Management, CRM Data Governance, and Commercial Operations departments.
• Streamline the journey from pipeline generation to contract execution, renewal, and revenue realization.
• Champion operational excellence throughout the commercial lifecycle, from contract execution to revenue realization.
• Ensure that commercial teams are backed by scalable processes, dependable data, efficient systems, and robust operational discipline.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to boost win rates, enhance forecast accuracy, and improve overall commercial execution.
• Create reliable and consistent reporting concerning seller productivity, capacity, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance.
• Guarantee strong coordination among Order Management, Billing, Revenue Accounting, and Collections.
• Lead and cultivate a global team of Directors, Managers, and Analysts within Revenue Operations, Order Management, Data Governance, Contract Administration, and Commercial Operations.
• 15+ years of expertise in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or similar fields.
• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in managing large, intricate global teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise revenue operations throughout the commercial lifecycle.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation and incentive programs.
• Proven track record of enhancing seller productivity, pipeline performance, and commercial execution.
• In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes, commercial operations, and revenue-related workflows.
• Experience in leading CRM strategy, governance, and data quality initiatives.
• Practical experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and associated commercial technologies.
• Strong financial insight, encompassing forecasting, pricing, revenue quality, and cost-of-sales considerations.
• Experience working in SOX-controlled environments and collaborating with Audit, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Established ability to spearhead enterprise transformation initiatives and encourage adoption across complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence senior leaders in commercial, finance, and technology sectors.
