This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In this position, you will oversee and monitor strategic and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing the capability of our Sales, Sales Development, and Channel Partnership teams to achieve revenue and customer health objectives.
• Your primary goal will be to refine the processes of Sales, Sales Development, and Channel Partnerships, increasing efficiency through automation and technology while ensuring data accuracy across systems.
• You will report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and collaborate with team members to establish goals, strategies, and tactics, as well as to execute scalable and repeatable processes.
• Configure and manage business tools to maximize their effectiveness in our team’s workflows, ensuring alignment with our process improvement objectives.
• Utilize technology to automate processes when feasible, boosting efficiency and allowing teams to concentrate on closing deals and delivering value.
• Work together with stakeholders to pinpoint bottlenecks and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Spearhead key initiatives to introduce new processes and refine existing ones, ensuring they are streamlined and integrated across all revenue functions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that offer insights into key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Apply data analytics to derive insights into customer behavior and success metrics, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Partner with leadership to formulate and execute the overall customer success strategy, aligning it with the company's vision and objectives to foster customer retention, expansion, and advocacy.
• Comprehend customer journeys and pain points to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance customer engagement.
• Utilize data outputs to identify early indicators of at-risk accounts and develop workflows that empower teams to take proactive action.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an advanced analytics or customer operations role; previous experience in SaaS is advantageous.
• Proven track record in developing strategies to scale revenue teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, Looker) preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Zendesk, Gainsight) preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at every level.
• Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
