This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce configurations to facilitate GTM strategies, encompassing lead-to-cash workflows, opportunity management, and forecasting.
• Take ownership of and enhance RevOps and SalesOps processes, ensuring they are aligned with GTM objectives and scalable for business growth.
• Create and manage automation workflows utilizing Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Workato) to minimize manual tasks and enhance data accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to collect requirements, define KPIs, and provide operational solutions.
• Maintain data quality and governance across Salesforce and integrated systems through validation rules, data cleansing, and routine audits.
• Construct and sustain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to deliver actionable insights for leadership and revenue teams.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of new tools and integrations within the GTM technology stack.
• Document processes, system configurations, and operational playbooks to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency across the team.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and user adoption.
• 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS or technology setting.
• Proven track record with Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud), including configuration, administration, and process automation.
• Strong grasp of RevOps principles, such as lead management, opportunity forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue analytics.
• Practical experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow) and integration platforms.
• Familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation in Salesforce and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, emphasizing scalability and usability.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
