This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and guide the sales operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate goals and drive sustainable growth.
• Leverage data analytics and market research to extract actionable insights that improve sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and maximize productivity.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive integration of sales initiatives throughout the organization.
• Design and refine sales processes, ensuring effective training and support for the sales team on new tools and technologies.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and promote accountability within the sales organization.
• Take ownership of and enhance efficiency within Salesforce.com.
• Implement the Sales Compensation strategy and address any arising issues.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to support sales initiatives and boost customer engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging best practices in sales operations to guide strategic planning.
• Represent the sales operations function in senior leadership meetings, offering insights and recommendations for organizational success.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field, with a proven history of driving sales excellence.
• Expertise in sales forecasting, analytics, and reporting tools. Extensive experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is essential.
• Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies that yield measurable results.
• Background in cybersecurity or technology sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support sales initiatives and meet with clients.
