Revenue Cycle Systems Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic collaborator in the deployment, adoption, and enhancement of Patient Accounting Systems (PAS) and associated revenue cycle applications throughout USPI's extensive network of ambulatory surgery centers.

• Oversee end-user preparedness and change management initiatives during the transition from legacy patient accounting systems to SIS Office and other integrated revenue cycle solutions.

• Work closely with Revenue Cycle Operations, Applications, and Center Leadership teams.

• Provide comprehensive training programs and lead on-site implementation efforts.

• Function as a reliable advisor to surgery centers, promoting efficiencies and bolstering revenue cycle performance outcomes.

• Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for clinical and administrative personnel on various applications.

• Keep training materials up-to-date and offer strategic guidance to surgery center leadership.

• Design and execute assessment protocols to measure staff competencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, emphasizing systems training (prior ASC experience is highly preferred).

• Familiarity with SIS Advanced, SIS Complete, and Advantx is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex software concepts clearly and succinctly.

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Processes and their impact on A/R and cash results.

• Proficient in data analysis and developing training content for dissemination.

• Understanding of system and business processes, in addition to healthcare financial concerns.

• Capability to manage multiple training projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Previous experience with SIS Office is a plus.
