This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Enhance overall sales productivity and effectiveness by implementing a consistent and reliable quarterly business cadence.
• Offer actionable insights and alerts regarding potential early warning signs.
• Propel growth by driving essential business strategies.
• Provide impactful recommendations to the General Manager and assist in execution across the organization in partnership with regional leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular reviews of pipeline and forecasts to improve forecast accuracy and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and executing opportunities to enhance sales processes.
• Oversee the annual planning process for Geo sales and assist in its execution.
• Identify early warning signs, risks, and growth opportunities within the pipeline, forecast, and sales trends.
• Cultivate a collaborative culture that encourages open feedback and a willingness to listen for effective problem-solving.
• Ensure that General Managers have clear, data-driven action plans and are consistently implementing them.
• Adapt to various audiences with emotional intelligence.
• Over 10 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field within a B2B software company.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for both known and unknown challenges.
• Experience in both new business/customer acquisition and managing recurring revenue streams/renewals.
• Proven track record in making decisions and providing recommendations for complex issues.
• Previous experience collaborating with G&A functions (particularly Finance, Accounting, and Legal) and Sales to establish and develop scalable business processes that drive revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative cross-functional relationships with leadership in Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Information Technology.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in both strategic long-term planning and tactical short-term operations.
• Ability to influence decisions, actions, and outcomes even when resources are not directly under your control.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and deeply passionate about achieving success.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, focusing on system design, database management, and administration.
• Solid understanding of sales best practices.
• Strong team player who is comfortable working across functions.
