
SVP Operations Planning – Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Develops strategic operational processes to guarantee the achievement of long-term objectives established by senior leadership.
• Collaborates with operational leadership to create workload models and metrics for essential roles.
• Manages workload model reporting to ensure that operations maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Provides strategic insights and works with executives in formulating operational metrics initiatives and interpreting data sets.
• Employs the value-based pricing process to assess the operational impact on the business.
• Oversees the development and analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) and generates ad hoc reports as requested by senior management.
• Collaborates within project management for the integration of business initiatives requiring knowledge of business flows and financial processes.
• Assists in the evaluation and compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including operational and financial reporting and legal/license requirements; identifies and implements recommendations for efficiency.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of operational or financial analysis experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strongly preferred management experience of a team and claims management.
• Solid understanding of claims management, worker's compensation, liability, disability, or specialty operations business lines.
• Strong grasp of business operations, key metrics, and the ability to convert data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and interpretative abilities.
