This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Creating and executing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity within the division.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects and strategic initiatives.
• Providing training and support to team members regarding operational processes and best practices.
• Developing and sustaining efficient workflows to facilitate operational outcomes and informed decision-making.
• Improving internal and partner training programs by refining procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Performing financial analysis and generating regular reports.
• Overseeing and optimizing order processing and fulfillment.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operational roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading meetings and delivering presentations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI.
• Experience with SAP/TCIC systems.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify process gaps and drive enhancements.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
