Operations Analyst – Contractor Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Overseeing real-time data feeds from field sensors and addressing alerts as they arise.

• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to investigate and pinpoint real-time issues with minimal inaccuracies.

• Collaborating swiftly and effectively with Supervisors on immediate data requests, and maintaining communication during ongoing investigations.

• Degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).

• Proficient in English - must be capable of effectively conveying event information.

• Basic knowledge of data analytics and anomaly detection.

• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to carry out responsibilities independently.

• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

• Capability to commit to 40 hours of work per week.
