This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and spearhead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data platforms, analytics capabilities, and AI/ML products.
• Direct the product management function that supports enterprise data platforms, encompassing data warehousing, data lakes, semantic layers, and data access patterns.
• Establish and oversee product strategies for self-service analytics, executive reporting, embedded analytics, and decision-support capabilities across various business units.
• Manage the AI/ML product portfolio, which includes predictive models, document intelligence, retrieval and generative AI experiences, and AI-assisted decision-support capabilities.
• Assess and prioritize data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives to align investments with business priorities and product strategy.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable platform and product capabilities.
• Set standards and oversight practices regarding governance, reliability, auditability, and responsible AI usage within enterprise data and AI-enabled products.
• Define and track KPIs related to platform adoption, analytics usage, model performance, and business impact.
• Forge strong partnerships across business and technology teams to align product priorities and enhance adoption and value delivery.
• Mentor and nurture product leaders and team members to foster organizational growth and execution excellence.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, priorities, and business impact to executive leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles overseeing enterprise platforms, analytics products, or AI/ML capabilities.
• Proven experience in leading product strategy and execution for enterprise data, analytics, or AI-enabled products within complex or regulated environments.
• Experience in delivering AI/ML-enabled products or data platform initiatives in production settings.
• Background in leading cross-functional product organizations and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams.
• Preference for candidates with experience in commercial real estate, financial services, lending, capital markets, or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and product operating models across data, analytics, and AI/ML domains.
• Understanding of modern data platforms and architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, semantic layers, and analytics ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, such as generative AI, retrieval systems, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to align technical and business teams around common priorities.
• Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environments.
