📋 Description

• Act as the executive sponsor and strategic leader for one of the largest client partnerships.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders in marketing and commercial sectors.

• Oversee integrated media strategies targeting HCP, patient, and consumer audiences.

• Direct annual planning, investment strategies, measurement, and optimization efforts.

• Discover opportunities for partnership expansion through innovative thinking and execution.

• Mentor diverse teams to enhance strategic thinking across various accounts.

• Collaborate with Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy Medical, Analytics, and Engagement Planning teams.

• Develop and refine the media pitch product and go-to-market narrative.

• Lead media strategies for competitive reviews, RFPs, and presentation of credentials.

• Create repeatable frameworks, planning tools, and pitching assets.

• Mentor media leaders and subject matter experts involved in pitches.

• Collaborate with Business Development to identify opportunities and craft successful strategies.

• Convert industry trends, AI advancements, data, and measurement progress into client solutions.

• Represent the agency in client meetings, conferences, and industry-related events.

• Enhance media-driven organic growth opportunities, increase win rates, and elevate strategic quality and consistency.

• Profound expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical media.

• Proven experience in managing complex client relationships.

• Skilled storyteller and presenter with substantial pitch experience.

• Track record in winning new business and developing agency capabilities.

• Strong grasp of omnichannel media, analytics, and emerging technologies.
