📋 Description

• Act as the executive sponsor and strategic leader for one of the largest client partnerships.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders in marketing and commercial sectors.

• Oversee integrated media strategies targeting healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers.

• Direct annual planning, investment strategies, measurement, and optimization efforts.

• Identify avenues for expanding client collaborations through innovative thinking and delivery.

• Mentor diverse teams and enhance strategic insight across various accounts.

• Collaborate with Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy Medical, Analytics, and Engagement Planning teams.

• Develop and refine Inizio Evoke’s media pitch offerings and go-to-market narrative.

• Spearhead media strategies for competitive analyses, RFPs, and credential presentations.

• Create repeatable frameworks, planning tools, and pitch materials.

• Guide media leaders and subject matter experts involved in pitches.

• Work alongside Business Development to pinpoint opportunities and craft successful strategies.

• Transform industry trends, AI insights, data, and measurement advancements into client solutions.

• Represent the agency at client engagements, conferences, and industry gatherings.

• Drive media-fueled organic growth opportunities, enhance win rates, and elevate strategic quality throughout the agency.

• Over 12 years of experience leading media strategy in an agency setting.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical media.

• Proven experience managing complex client relationships.

• Extensive pitch experience, demonstrating storytelling and presentation skills.

• Track record of securing new business and enhancing agency capabilities.

• Strong grasp of omnichannel media, analytics, and emerging technologies.
