📋 Description

• Drive transformational client leadership and influence how Inizio Evoke secures future business opportunities.

• Act as the executive sponsor and strategic lead for one of the agency's most significant client partnerships.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior marketing and commercial executives.

• Oversee integrated media strategy targeting HCP, patient, and consumer demographics.

• Direct annual planning, investment strategies, measurement, and optimization efforts.

• Spot opportunities for partnership expansion through innovative thinking and execution.

• Mentor diverse teams to enhance strategic thinking across various accounts.

• Collaborate with Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy Medical, Analytics, and Engagement Planning teams.

• Develop and refine the agency's media pitch product and market entry narrative.

• Lead media strategies for competitive assessments, RFPs, and credential presentations.

• Create repeatable frameworks, planning tools, and pitch resources.

• Coach media leaders and subject matter experts involved in pitches.

• Work with Business Development to discover opportunities and formulate successful strategies.

• Convert industry trends, AI, data, and measurement advancements into client solutions.

• Represent the agency at client meetings, industry conferences, and events.

• Enhance media-driven organic growth prospects, elevate win rates, and position Inizio Evoke as an innovative healthcare media agency.

• Over 12 years of experience leading media strategy in an agency setting.

• Extensive expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical media.

• Proven experience in managing complex client relationships.

• Skilled storyteller and presenter with substantial pitch experience.

• Track record of winning new business and developing agency capabilities.

• Strong knowledge of omnichannel media, analytics, and emerging technologies.
